Shirlini has been a Certified Chartered Accountant since 2000 and has five years of external audit experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited in Trinidad. While there, she gained knowledge and experience in various industries, including wholesale, retail, manufacturing, and banking. She is currently employed at RBC Financial (Caribbean) Limited and has been with the company for the past 20 years.

Shirlini has extensive experience in the Merchant Banking, Finance, Treasury, and Risk Management units. She has acquired a wealth of knowledge about various banking products and the structuring of financing solutions tailored to different types of clients and their respective industries or companies.
